These Terms of Service govern your use of the K3 Standard website and your purchase of products from K3 Standard. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use this site. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for protecting your account credentials.

2. Products and availability

K3 Standard curates products supplied and fulfilled by independent brands and retail partners. Product descriptions, images, colors, measurements, inventory, and availability may change. We make reasonable efforts to present products accurately, but display settings and supplier-provided information can cause minor differences.

3. Orders and pricing

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including inventory changes, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or supplier availability. If we cancel an order after payment has been authorized, we will issue the appropriate refund. Prices, promotions, taxes, and shipping charges are shown in United States dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice.

4. Payment

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify and available payment providers. We do not directly store complete payment-card details.

5. Shipping and fulfillment

Products may ship directly from different brand partners, so one order can arrive in multiple packages. Processing times, delivery estimates, destinations, and rates may vary by item and are shown when available at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. 6. Returns and refunds

Returns are subject to our Refund Policy and any product-specific restrictions disclosed before purchase. Do not return merchandise without authorization because the correct return destination may differ from the address on the original package.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; interfere with its security or operation; transmit malicious code; scrape or copy content without permission; impersonate another person; or violate the rights of K3 Standard, our partners, or others.

8. Intellectual property

The K3 Standard name, branding, site design, original text, graphics, and other store content are owned by or licensed to K3 Standard. Product names, images, trademarks, and content supplied by brand partners remain the property of their respective owners. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the site for personal shopping.

9. Third-party services and links

The store is powered by Shopify and may use services or content provided by payment processors, carriers, brand partners, and other third parties. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites linked from the store.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. K3 Standard will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to that claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold K3 Standard harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the site, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. The updated date above indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
