Returns

Most eligible items may be submitted for return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all packaging, accessories, and tags included. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, use our Contact page or email kgedwed@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Do not send an item back to the address printed on its package. Because products may be fulfilled by different brand partners, we will provide the correct return instructions and destination after reviewing your request. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.

Non-returnable items

Final-sale merchandise, gift cards, personalized goods, and certain personal-care, grooming, intimate, perishable, or hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned. A product-specific return restriction shown on the product page takes precedence. Contact us before purchasing if you have questions about an item's eligibility.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number plus clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue with the fulfillment partner and provide an appropriate solution.

Return shipping and exchanges

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return-shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility or deducted from the refund. Any applicable cost will be disclosed before the return is authorized. The quickest way to exchange an eligible item is to return the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.

Refunds

We will notify you after an authorized return has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.
